Your Content is in Good Hands

I write fueled by passion, with an eye on a brighter future. I believe that genuine and authentic writing is an everlasting art that has the power to create bridges, nurture innovative ideas and inspire meaningful connections among people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

I first started writing - publicly and professionally - in 2010 when I collaborated with a marketing company providing writing services to brands in the United States. Of course, the main purpose was to write as many words as possible about a given topic, yet I still mention that time because it taught me writing discipline. And, most importantly, at the end of that 2-year collaboration, I had already realized that it’s all about the reader.

Since then, I have created my own writing routine and storytelling style and I have been successfully using them to produce valuable content for my clients.

The Process

Step 1: Getting to know each other (30 min)

Our collaboration starts with an initial conversation where we tackle your main content goals, target audience, and expectations. I will also dive into my relevant experience, qualifications, and portfolio.

Step 2: Understanding Your Needs (1 – 1 ½ hours)

We connected and decided to continue the discussion, so the next phase is exploring your content preferences, tone, style, and any specific requirements you have in mind. Between the initial call and the second one, I will need some time to research your audience, competitors, and current web content strategy, so I can prepare the right questions for you. This step helps us create content ideas that align perfectly with your vision.

Step 3: Partnership Details

Once we are both on the same page, Tech Storyteller will submit a personalized proposal for your review and approval. The agreement will outline the collaboration scope, timelines, deliverables, pricing and payment time.

Step 4: Content Creation

Deliverables include (might vary based on agreement):

  • Content piece (blog post, whitepaper, report, case study, interview, etc.). Based on content type, the material can include images, charts, infographics either provided by the client or created by Tech Storyteller

  • 1 round of edits per material* to perfect those content pieces. *For larger whitepapers and reports, there will be 2 rounds of revisions.
